- Die Organisation und Durchführung von Produktprüfungen für das natureplus-Umweltzeichen gemäß den Vorgaben der natureplus Vergaberichtlinien
- Die unparteiliche Konformitätsbewertung von Produkten und die Vergabeempfehlung für das natureplus-Umweltzeichen,
- die Überwachung der vertragsgemäßen Zeichennutzung durch die Hersteller.
Im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit übernimmt natureplus die Aufgaben der Weiterentwicklung des Labels, der Information der Öffentlichkeit und der allgemeinen Werbung für das Umweltzeichen sowie die Produktdatenbank, während das natureplus Institute für die Anpassung der Prüfroutinen zuständig ist.[:en]The natureplus Institute has the mandate to award the natureplus label in accordance with the principles of impartiality and scientificity analogous to the requirements of EN 17065. This includes the performance of the following activities:
- The organisation and execution of the product assessments for the natureplus eco-label, in accordance with the requirements of the natureplus award guidelines.
- The impartial conformity assessment of products and the award recommendation for the natureplus® eco-label,
- Monitoring of contractual compliance in the use of the trademark
As part of the cooperation, natureplus takes on the tasks of further developing the label, informing the public and general promotion of the eco-label, as well as the product database, while the natureplus Institute is responsible for adapting the testing routines.[:]
